The eComment feature closes prior to the meeting at 4:00 p.m. PRESENTATIONS 2 Dr. Jacqueline Perez, Assistant Superintendent of Equity, Access, and Community Engagement for Riverside Unified School District to present an update on how RUSD is furthering diversity and equity for its 42, 000 students. CONSENT CALENDAR 3 Approve Minutes for June 22, 2021 meeting. DISCUSSION CALENDAR 5 Commission standing discussion on ways to mark monthly commemorative dates by formal letter, statement, activity, and/or event. Each month the Commission will determine which method is best suited for commemorating the various dates of significance. Attachments: Dates of Commemoration 6 Discussion on potential for the Commission to lead an "All-American City" effort on behalf of the City of Riverside as outlined by the National Civic League, similar to efforts and honors done in Riverside in the past, 1955 and 1998.
