The Human Resources Board is committed to its dual charge as representatives of the citizens of the City of Riverside to make recommendations to the City Council specific to personnel rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, review of equal employment plans for the City of Riverside's Departments. The Human Resources Board also acts in an advisory capacity to the Human Resources Department on matters concerning personnel administration to ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment, which enhances services to the community. The Human Resources Board will conduct an in-person and virtual meeting. Face coverings are required in the Art Pick Council Chamber unless you are fully vaccinated. Public comments regarding items on this agenda or any matters within the jurisdiction of the Board can be made in person at the meeting, submitted by eComment at www.riversideca.gov/meeting until two hours before the meeting, or by email to Mrstevens@riversideca.gov. Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23618, members of all Boards and Commissions, and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the Meeting.
