Consequently, any item not listed on this agenda will normally have to be delayed until the item can be made part of a posted agenda. Additionally, significant changes to a project made subsequent to posting of the agenda and not addressed in the City Planning Commission staff report will result in continuance of that item in order to allow for adequate review by the Commission. Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the City Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the Planning Division office during normal business hours. 9 A.M.--PUBLIC HEARINGS 1 PLANNING CASES P13-0501 AND P13-0502: Proposal by Linda Chung of Forever 21 Retail Inc. to consider a Site Plan Review Permit and the Design Review of the building elevations to construct a new approximately 6,000 square-foot commercial building on a site currently developed with a vacant approximately 5,505 square foot vehicle repair building (proposed to be demolished) within the Galleria at Tyler, located at 3705 Tyler Street, situated on the easterly side of Tyler Street and southerly of Magnolia Avenue, in the CRC-SP – Commercial Regional Center and Specific Plan (Magnolia Avenue) Overlay Zones, in Ward 6. It has been determined that this proposal is categorically exempt from further California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15302 as the project consists of replacement or reconstruction of a commercial structure.
