Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the City Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the Planning Division office during normal business hours. 9 A.M.--PUBLIC HEARINGS 1 PLANNING CASE P13-0114 (Continued from May 22, 2014): Proposal by Verizon Wireless on behalf of Riverside Mandarin Baptist Church, to consider a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 60-foot high wireless telecommunications facility camouflaged as a pine tree on an approximately 2.2 acre three-parcel site partially developed with the Riverside Mandarin Baptist Church located at 4889 Tyler Street, situated on the northeasterly corner of Tyler Street and Wells Avenue, in R-1-7000 – Single Family Residential Zone, in Ward 6. It is recommended that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council adoption of a Negative Declaration in conjunction with these cases.
