Attachments: Minutes City of Riverside Page 3 Planning Commission Agenda August 3, 2023 PUBLIC HEARINGS Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 3 PLANNING CASE PR-2023-001488 (CUP): Proposal by Sydney Tooker of Amarok LLC, to consider a Conditional Use Permit for the installation of a 10-foot-tall motorized electric security fence behind an existing 5-foot-tall perimeter fence. The 0.98-acre project site is currently developed with a contractor outdoor storage yard (Bemus Landscaping), located at 745 La Cadena Drive, situated west of La Cadena Drive, north of Chase Road and south of Tolouse Avenue, in the NSP-FMU – Northside Specific Plan – Freeway Mixed Use Zone, in Ward 1. The Planning Division of the Community & Economic Development Department determined the proposal exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) of the CEQA Guidelines, as the project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
