Consider Resolution 2026-009-R approving a tariff authorizing an annual rate review mechanism (RRM) as a substitution for the annual interim rate adjustment process. Consider and take possible action on Ordinance 2026-014 ordering a General Election for the City of Robinson on November 3, 2026, to be held as a Joint Election with McLennan County.
