All members were present. Review and Discussion of Applications and Current Membership The Committee discussed the pending applications and the current board memberships. New Appointments Raymond Wayman NEW APPOINTMENT Rochester Economic Development Comm. Regular Member Seat G Term to Expire 1/2/2029 The Committee reviewed the Statement of Interest. Councilor Creteau MOVED to recommend Raymond Wayman. Councilor Horne seconded the motion. The MOTION CARRIED by a roll call vote, with Councilor Rice voting against; and Councilors Creteau, Horne, Thompson, and Richardson voting in favor. City of Rochester Appointments Review Committee February 24, 2026 Weston Flierl NEW APPOINTMENT Arts & Culture Commission Regular Member Seat D Term to Expire 7/1/2028 The Committee reviewed the Statement of Interest. Councilor Creteau MOVED to recommend Weston Flierl. Councilor Thompson seconded the motion. The MOTION CARRIED by a unanimous voice vote. Re-Appointments Mark Collopy RE-APPOINTMENT Planning Board Regular Member Seat F – Term to Expire 1/2/2029 The Committee reviewed the Statement of Interest. Councilor Creteau MOVED to recommend Mark Collopy. Councilor Horne seconded the motion. The MOTION CARRIED by a unanimous voice vote. Eli Barnes RE-APPOINTMENT Utility Advisory Board Regular Member Seat C – Term to Expire 1/2/2029 The Committee reviewed the Statement of Interest. Councilor Creteau MOVED to recommend Eli Barnes. Councilor Horne seconded the motion.
