A. B and C: Chair Shapleigh called the meeting to order at 5:29pm. Meeting Minutes A. Called the meeting to order and noted absent members. B. Tom approved the minutes, and Kristen seconded the motion. All approved. C. Remarks – Chairman Shapleigh: • Jon started with a roundtable introduction of everyone present and then shared the mission and goals of the REDC, as well as the completed and upcoming projects. • Mention of the REDC brought up a question about timing. It was noted that the deadline will be pushed until after the Holiday season due to the industry being surveyed and the timing. • Jon also spoke about our involvement in managing the ED fund, collaboration with outside funding sources, and expansion projects. D. Public Input: • Paul commended Mike for all his hard work on the downtown projects, casino/Lilac Mall development, and other projects and out of the box thinking on funding, increasing pro�itability, etc. • Mike thanked the Commission for our involvement and dedication and expressed his excitement for the upcoming year and what’s to come.
