B and C: Chair Shapleigh called the meeting to order at 4:02pm. Meeting Minutes A. Called the meeting to order and noted absent members. B. Matt M. approved the minutes, and Tanya seconded the motion. All approved. C. Public Input: • Ray – submitted application for an REDC meeting and is here to observe. D. BR&E Update: • Lee provided an update – the survey is digitized now and was emailed out about two weeks ago to all contacts and there were 6 responses. • We will get the master list that it was sent out to so that we can follow up with our individuals lists. E. Project Updates: • No updates noted and no questions asked. F. Other: • None • Mike gave update on the various ongoing projects • Care Pharmacy RFPs are due next Wednesday (hoping to get about ½ dozen) • Sale of Phase 1 by Waterstone to Torrington Properties. • 1st presentation on the parking commission • This council will be harder for us to get through larger projects because they are focused on how the taxpayer dollars are being spent and take advisement from social media G. Non-Meeting/Non-Public Session: Moved into non-public session (Land, RSA 91-A:3 II (d)) at 4:10pm. Came out of non-public at 5:34pm. Chris H. made a motion to adjourn at 5:34pm, Kristen seconded.
