Call to order: Mr. Libby called the meeting to order at 5:32pm 2. Approval of May 13, 2026, minutes Mr. Libby requested a motion or comments on the minutes for the May 13, 2026 meeting. Mr. Barnes made a motion to accept these meeting minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Mr. Boudreau, the motion passed unanimously. 3. Tabled Appeal 3.1 36 Murray Dr. – Robert & Deborah Cantrell The appellant was not present for the meeting. The appeal is for broken pipes. Mr. Barnes made a motion to remove this appeal from being table; Mr. Libby seconded this motion, the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Libby made a motion to deny this appeal because average usage is more than invoice usage. Mr. Boudreau seconded the motion; the motion passed unanimously. 4. Appeals 4.1 4 Warren St. – Edward Petellier The appellant was not present for the meeting. The appeal is for a leaking furnace and a broken pipe. Mr. Barnes made a motion to table this appeal for more information. Mr. Boudreau seconded the motion; the motion passed unanimously.  4.2 25 Magic Ave. – James Lacy The appellant was not present for the meeting. The appeal is for a broken pipe. Mr. Barnes made a motion to abate 112 units of sewer for a total of $1052.80 plus any accrued interest. Mr. Sanders seconded the motion; the motion passed unanimously. 4.3 28 Mill St. – Snell & Bukher The appellant was not present for the meeting. The appeal is for a running toilet. Mr. Boudreau made a motion to table this appeal for clarification. Mr. Barnes seconded the motion; the motion passed unanimously. 5. Financials – Water & Sewer Revenue and Expense Report 6.
