Receive the monthly code enforcement report. 4. Receive the Development Services department report. 5. Consider and take any necessary action on a recommendation to the City Council regarding a potential amendment to Sec 14.02.124 “Conditional Use Permits”. 6. Consider and take any necessary action on a recommendation to the City Council regarding a potential amendment to Sec 14.02.072 “Allowed Use Table” for mini storage warehouses. 7. Consider and take any necessary action on a recommendation to the City Council regarding a potential amendment to Sec 14.02.004 “Definitions” and Sec 14.02.072 “Allowed Use Table” by adding personal professional services as an allowed use. 8. Consider and take any necessary action on a recommendation to the City Council regarding a potential amendment to Sec 14.02.123 “Sign requirements”.
