Meeting Minutes
1. Recording Secretary selection - Todd
2. Approve minutes from last meeting - Minutes from both January and February were
approved 5-0
3. Public comment: 5 min. - none
4. Introduction of guests/potential new members if present - none
5. Additions to the agenda - Recognition of Joshua Paladais for recent academic
achievement
6. Committee Administration
a. Community Guidelines (10 min discussion+vote) - approved 5-0
i. Add “First Draft Language”
ii. Respecting each other as neighbors and community members.
iii. Being aware the volume of airtime your taking up
1. Be cognizant of when to step up/step back
iv. This can be a fluid document.
b. RESAC Duties (5 min discussion)
c. Subcommittees (10 min discussion) - Agreement that there should be 4
subcommittees that are focused on; Electric Expo, Bike to Work & School Day,
Rockland Harbor Cleanup/Earth Day and Window Dressers
d. Student member code change (10 min discussion + vote)
i. Change to up to 3 student members: unanimous
ii. First year: March, 2023
