Recommendation: That the City Council approve the agreement and proposal from HR Green to provide professional engineering services for design, bidding assistance, construction management and observation services and materials testing for the 2017 Resurfacing Project in the amount of $122,394. SANCON ENGINEERING CONTRACT AMENDMENT - STORM DRAIN HEAVY CLEANING AND VIDEO INSPECTION Memorandum from Greg Grammer, Assistant City Manager, dated February 28, 2017. Recommendation: That the City Council amend the contract with Sancon Engineering, Inc., subject to review and approval by the City Attorney, to provide a supplemental scope of services for heavy cleaning, condition assessment and closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection on the remaining 25 high priority storm drain pipes in an amount not to exceed $168,750.
