NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of the City Council pursuant to
Government Code section 54956, to be called to order concurrent with the regular City Council meeting in the
Council Chambers at City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. The agenda for the Special Meeting adds
to the regular agenda New Business item 8C and Closed Session item 13A as set forth below.

Agenda reports and other disclosable public records relating to each Open Session agenda item are

business hours in the office of the City Clerk. Meetings are live broadcast on the City's website and a
recording is available for viewing after each meeting. Meetings are also broadcast on PVP-TV Channel 35
(Cox) and Channel 39 (Verizon).
Public Comment is welcome in-person on any item during City Council consideration of the item. Public
correspondence may also be emailed to the City Clerk at laurenp@rollinghillsestates.gov. Emails
received before 3:00 p.m. prior to the start of the meeting will be forwarded to the City Council for their
consideration and included as part of the record. Members of the public may also comment online using
eComment on the “Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos” page of the City’s website
(www.rhe.city/MeetingAgendas). Once the agenda is published, there will be an “eComment” button next
to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City’s SpeakUp page. After you
register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda. These comments can be seen by the
public, will be considered by the Council and become part of the record.
An opportunity is also provided for the public to comment on non-agenda items concerning City matters. If
you would like to address the City Council regarding an item on this agenda or make a general public

Reading in full of all ordinances and resolutions presented for consideration to the

Recommendation: Approve warrants 66395 through 66421 in the amount of
$297,066.13, and Supplemental Warrant 070123; in the amount of $111,624.71 for
a grand total amount of $408,690.84 with proper audit.
