Public Comment is welcome in-person on any item during City Council consideration of the item. Public correspondence may also be emailed to the City Clerk at laurenp@rollinghillsestates.gov. Emails received before 3:00 p.m. prior to the start of the meeting will be forwarded to the City Council for their consideration and included as part of the record. Members of the public may also comment online using eComment on the “Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos” page of the City’s website (www.rhe.city/MeetingAgendas). City Council Regular Meeting Agenda December 12, 2023 4. CONSENT CALENDAR The following routine matters will be acted upon by one vote to approve with the majority consent of the City Council. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless good cause is shown by a member prior to the roll call vote. (Items removed for individual consideration will be voted on separately.) A.
