Approval of September 2022 Agenda Dunay made a motion to approve which was seconded by Kim and was approved by common consent. Approval of Minutes from August 2022 meeting. Dunay made a motion to approve, which was seconded by Hager and approved by common consent. CITY OF ROME CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS:  COA808-22 603 West 1st Street #6 Chair Clonts opened the public hearing. Director Artagus Newell presented the facts and the application to the Commission and the public. In Favor: Bill Jones spoke in favor. Against: No one was present to speak in opposition. Director Artagus Newell provided the staff report and the staff recommendation. Chair Clonts closed the public hearing and opened it up for Commission comments. Maloney made a motion to approve as submitted, which was seconded by Hager. The motion passed 5-0. MEMBER MEMBER M – Motion F – For A – Against S – Second AB – Abstained Paula Blalock S Jake Hager F David Clonts M Mandy Maloney F Beth Dunay Logan Boss F Millie Kim 1  COA809-22 310 E 6th St Chair Clonts opened the public hearing. Director Artagus Newell presented the facts and the application to the Commission and the public. In Favor: Takisha Sanders spoke in favor, as well as, her neighbor. Against: No one was present to speak in opposition. Applicant requested to submit photos for review. Maloney made motion to accept the photos, which was seconded by Hager. Director Artagus Newell provided the staff report and the staff recommendation. Chair Clonts closed the public hearing and opened it up for Commission comments. Hager made a motion to approve as submitted with admin approval from staff when materials/renderings are ready, which was seconded by Maloney. The motion passed 5-0.
