August 31, 2023 Special Meeting Start of meeting: 10:00 Pledge of Allegiance Roll call: Maduri __ Schnell __ Grier __ Tomak __ Carlson __, also in attendance via phone – Attorney Steve Schultz Discussion on: 1.) consideration of petitions supporting a sewer or wastewater disposal project as generally described in the petitions. 2.) consideration of materials considered by the Board in 2022 related to a sewer or wastewater disposal project for the same general area of the Township. 3.) the creation of a special assessment district for sewer or wastewater disposal services 4.) consideration and possible adoption of motions or resolutions related to the petitions, the planning for a sewer or wastewater disposal project, the creation of or sufficiency of the petitions submitted, the creation of a special assessment district, including the township’s involvement in the creation of the district. 5.) any other matters related to the subjects described above.
