Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2, An Ordinance Authorizing and Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Rosemont Park District. 3. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2A, An Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Execution of the First Amendment to the Owner-Construction Manager Agreement for the Construction of an Addition to, and the Renovation of, the Barry Street Recreation Center. (Establishment of Guaranteed Maximum Price and Date of Substantial Completion) 4. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2B, An Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Execution of an Allstate Arena Advertising Agreement with Best Buy Company, Inc. 5. Motion to approve, ratify and confirm the purchase of two (2) 2010 Ford F-350 XL trucks, including light and plow assembly from Badger Truck Center for a total purchase price of $68,400.00. 6. Motion to approve a maintenance agreement with White Way Sign Company for the maintenance of lamps and message center on the United Airlines billboard sign for a period of 60 months at a cost of $1,090.00 per month. 7. Motion to approve the proposal from Westside Mechanical LLC. in the amount of $60,250.00 to furnish and install various compressors and the dehumidification unit at the Rosemont Health and Fitness Club. 8. Motion to approve, ratify and confirm the proposal from Arrow Road Construction in the amount of $265,606.75 for the 2009 MFT Project. 9. Motion to approve the proposal from W.B.R. Roofing Company, Inc. in the amount of $13,890.00 to furnish the labor and materials to replace the roof, gutters and downspouts for the 10014 Devon Avenue Building at the Rosemont Senior Complex. 10. Motion to approve the proposal from W.B.R. Roofing Company, Inc. in the amount of $13,890.00 to furnish the labor and materials to replace the roof, gutters and downspouts for the 10018 Devon Avenue Building at the Rosemont Senior Complex. 11. Motion to accept the proposal from Mayer, Hoffman and McCann to perform the Village’s 2009 Audit and related work at an estimated cost of $350,000.00 to be paid in ten equal monthly installments as set forth in the August 25, 2009 engagement letter. 12. Motion to accept the proposal from Vahey Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $39,660.00 for the drainage improvements at various locations within the Village of Rosemont. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2C, An Ordinance Amending Sections 4 and 8 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 2007-7-11K, “An Ordinance providing for the Establishment and Administration of an Automated Traffic Law Enforcement System.” STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2D, An Ordinance Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for the removal of fence and the maintenance of Tollway Property located along the Noise Abatement Wall. 2. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2E, An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of a Real Estate Purchase Contract for the purchase and sale of properties and vacant land on Foster Avenue. (Elizar) 3. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2F, An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of a Real Estate Purchase Contract for the purchase of property at 7130-34 Lyndon and 7142-46 Lyndon. (Rust Properties) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2G, An Ordinance granting a variation from the provisions of Section 18A of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont to permit the installation of Banners on a Parking Structure. (Muvico) 2. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2009-9-2H, An Ordinance granting variations from the provisions of Section 18A of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont to permit the erection of temporary signs.
