Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11, an ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Amendments to Agreements with Bomark, Inc. for Cleaning and Parking Services (Allstate Arena and Rosemont Theatre). 3. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the acceptance of a proposal from Orange Crush LLC in the amount of $419,952.00 for the Barry Street Additional Parking Project. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11A, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of the Second Amendment to the Allstate Arena License Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and DePaul University. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11B, an ordinance adopting the 2013 Tax Levy for Village of Rosemont Special Service Area Number 2. 6. Motion to accept proposals from Delta Heating Air Conditioning & Refrigeration in the amount of $12,700.00 and in the amount of $6,950.00 to provide and install a 50-ton air replacement conditioning compressor and a 12.7-ton replacement air-conditioning compressor at the Allstate Arena. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11C, an ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Tenth Amendment to the Agreement with Bomark, Inc. for cleaning services at the Rosemont Health and Fitness Club. 8. Motion to approve the purchase of the property, casualty and workers compensation insurance coverage as proposed by Mesirow Financial Insurance Services for the period from January 3, 2014 through January 3, 2015 in a total amount not to exceed $981,767.00. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11D, an ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 to the Construction Management Contract for the East Garage and Walkway Project at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 10. Motion to accept the proposal from AMS Mechanical Systems, Inc. in the amount of $62,066.00 to provide and install a new carbon monoxide control system for the lower level of the Entertainment Garage. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11E, an ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Public Safety Services, Inc. for the provision of Paramedic Services. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE -2- MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to table the following ordinances to the January 8, 2014 Village Board meeting: A. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13F, an ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, approving the Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. B. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13G, an ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. C. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13H, an ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, Designating the Higgins/Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Redevelopment Project Area. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11F, an ordinance authorizing the execution of a Lease for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 4 – Sugar Factory) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11G, an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont to permit buildings in the “A” Single-Family Residence District to have a height not to exceed 35 feet. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11H, an ordinance granting a special use for a restaurant at 9515-19 Higgins Road (Rosie’s Tap House and Diner). 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-12-11J, an ordinance granting a special use and variations for an off-premises advertising sign and a variation for an additional monument sign for the property at 6100 N. River Road (Westin Hotel). OLD BUSINESS -3- NEW BUSINESS PROMOTIONS 1. Motion to approve the following promotions within the Rosemont Public Safety Department: 1.
