Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12, an Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $38,000,000 Taxable General Obligation Refunding Bonds of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, in one or more series, authorizing the execution of a bond order in connection therewith, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12A, an Ordinance approving an Advertising Agreement between Brown-Forman Corporation and the Village of Rosemont for the Allstate Arena and a related Jack Daniels Trademark License Agreement. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12B, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to the Agreement dated August 24, 2007 by and between the Village of Rosemont and RedSpeed Illinois, LLC. 5. Motion to approve the purchase of eleven sets of Second Chance Monarch MR-01 Body Armor for a total amount of $6,215.00 for the Department of Public Safety. 6. Motion to accept a proposal from Pro-Tech in the amount of $29,700.00 for eleven custom ballistic vest packages for the Department of Public Safety. 7. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-2-12, a Resolution authorizing an extension of the Cable Television Franchise Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Comcast of Illinois. 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12C, an Ordinance approving an Advertising Agreement between Rivers Casino and the Village of Rosemont for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and Allstate Arena. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12D, an Ordinance approving the renewal of an Advertising and Sponsorship Agreement between Pepsi and the Village of Rosemont for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, the Allstate Arena, the Rosemont Theatre, the Ballpark at Rosemont, and the Dome at the Ballpark. 10. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12E, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of amendments to Concession Agreements with Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services, Inc. for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, the Allstate Arena and the Rosemont Theatre. 11. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-2-12A, a Resolution waiving the Village’s residency requirement for regular employees to allow Ed Marshall to serve as a Digital Interactive Assistant. 12. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12F, an Ordinance amending Section 2-118 “Residency Requirement for Full-Time Officers and Full-Time Employees of the Village” of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont. -2- 13. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12G, an Ordinance establishing the terms of office for Village of Rosemont Boards and Commissions. 14. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12H, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a First Amendment to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center Management Agreement dated as of July 1, 2011 by and between the Village of Rosemont and Rosemont Exposition Services. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12J, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, approving the Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12K, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12L, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, Designating the Higgins/Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Redevelopment Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12M, an Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of Property by condemnation or otherwise for a portion of the Higgins Road/River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – Mobil Station) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion To adopt Ordinance No. 2014-2-12N, An Ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Village of Rosemont Code of Ordinances Titled “Alcoholic Beverages” in order to add new Section 4-6.5 addressing the removal of partially consumed bottles of wine from the licensed premises.
