Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-11-12, an Ordinance providing for the protection of confidential financial and proprietary information relating to the operation of Village of Rosemont Entertainment Venues. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-11-12A, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming a Rental Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Chicago Speakers Series, LLC for use of the Rosemont Theatre. 4. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-11-12, a Resolution authorizing the execution of an Amendment to the O’Hare Noise Compatibility Commission Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the City of Chicago. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-11-12B, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming an Event Sponsorship Agreement for Screams Haunted House. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-11-12C, an Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $45,000,000 Taxable General Obligation Bonds, Series 2015A, of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds. 7. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-11-12A, a Resolution approving an Event Sponsorship Agreement between Comcast Corporation and the Village of Rosemont for the Frozemont Winter Festival 2014-2015. 8. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-11-12B, a Resolution approving an Event Sponsorship Agreement between Feld Entertainment, Inc. and the Village of Rosemont for the Frozemont Winter Festival 2014-2015. 9. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-11-12C, a Resolution approving a Promotion and Sponsorship Agreement between Vienna Beef Ltd. and the Village of Rosemont for the Allstate Arena, Ballpark at Rosemont and Expoteria. 10. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-11-12D, a Resolution approving an Advertising Agreement with Anheuser-Busch LLC for the Allstate Arena, the Ballpark at Rosemont, MB Financial Park, Rosemont Theatre and the Donald E. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-11-12E, a Resolution assuming responsibility for the Les Turner ALS Foundation of Chicago Road Race on Illinois Route 72 (Higgins Road). 2. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-11-12F, A Resolution approving and authorizing a First Addendum to the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (“MABAS”) Master Agreement. -2- STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-11-12D, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement of Interest for a portion of the Higgins Road/River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – Rosewood) 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-11-12E, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to Lease for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 4 – Park Tavern) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-11-12F, an Ordinance amending Chapter 4 (“Alcoholic Beverages”) of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont to establish a BYOB liquor license classification.
