Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to make a loan from the General Fund to the Special Tax Allocation Fund for the Higgins/Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area to fund eligible redevelopment project costs. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14A, an Ordinance amending Ordinance 2013-8- 14A to increase the maximum total amount of the authorized loan from the General Fund to the Special Tax Allocation Fund for the Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area to 20 million dollars. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14B, an Ordinance authorizing a Ballpark at Rosemont and Sports Dome Limited Use License Agreement with the Big East Conference. 5. Motion to accept a proposal from Rahman Statik Barnes for the design and installation of a sports-themed wall mural at the Barry Recreation Center in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00. 6. Motion to authorize, ratify, and confirm an Electric Facilities Service Acknowledgement Agreement with Commonwealth Edison Company for the total amount of $63,917.58 for the removal of certain utility poles and the installation of a new underground primary conduit to service the new roadway lighting systems for Barry Street, Linden Avenue, and Chestnut Street. 7. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm a Customer Work Agreement with Commonwealth Edison Company in the total amount of $37,788.78 for the relocation or removal of the utility poles to accommodate access to the parking lot and apartment complex north of the Barry Street Recreation Center. 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14C, an Ordinance authorizing an agreement with Dell Financial Services, LP for the lease of computer equipment at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14D, an Ordinance authorizing agreements with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. to install, maintain and monitor video security equipment at the Allstate Arena, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, MB Park at Rosemont, the Village Hall, the Public Safety Command Center, Rosemont School and the Rosemont Park District. 10. Motion to approve a proposal from the Journal Topics newspaper for the 1700 subscription amount of $27,217 per year for 2015 and 2016 to deliver the weekly Rosemont Journal newspaper to all residents at an annual subscription cost of $16.01 per household. -2- 11. Motion to authorize the purchase of 2015 Ford F-450 Chassis Cab from Currie Motors for the total amount of $39,528.00 and a truck equipment package from Bonnell Industries, Quote 0093519, for the total amount of $17,855. 12. Motion to authorize the purchase of 2015 International dump truck, with options, from Rush Truck Centers for the total amount of $74,810.00, and a truck plow and dump equipment package from Bonnell Industries, Quote 0093038, for the total amount of $66,768.00. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14E, an Ordinance authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the Rosemont Park District to provide video security monitoring at Rosemont Park District Facilities. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14F, an Ordinance authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Rosemont School District 78 to provide video security monitoring at Rosemont Elementary School. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2015-1-14, a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Parking Agreement Estoppel Certificate and Agreement for a portion of the Seventh Amended River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-1-14G, an Ordinance proposing approval of a First Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for and the designation of a First Amended Higgins Road/River Road Redevelopment Project Area (TIF 6) and the adoption of tax increment allocation financing therefor, convening a joint review board and calling a public hearing in connection therewith.
