Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-3-11, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to borrow $4,500,000.00 from Village Bank and Trust for a 2 year term. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-3-11A, an Ordinance authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Forest Preserve District of Cook County. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-3-11B, Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the Village of Rosemont, Illinois, for fiscal year 2015. 5. Motion to accept the proposal of N.H. McLennan, Inc. to remove existing ceiling tile and aluminum suspension and to furnish and install all new aluminum suspension and ceiling tile for the Rosemont Health and Fitness Center swimming pool for the total amount of $49,200.00. 6. Motion to accept the proposal of JEM Morris Construction, Inc. dated February 11, 2015, for synthetic turf removal and replacement on the north side of the Rosemont Public Works Building for the total amount of $43,750.00. -2- 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-3-11C, an Ordinance authorizing and accepting Proposals for the Pool Renovation Capital Project at the Rosemont Health and Fitness Club. 8. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2015-3-11, a Resolution authorizing membership of the Village of Rosemont in the Illinois Municipal League. 9. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2015-3-11A, a Resolution urging the Governor and General Assembly to protect full funding of Local Government Distributive Fund revenues. 10. Motion to accept the proposal of Panasonic Enterprise Solutions in the total amount of $237,139.00 for the Allstate Arena indoor scoreboard replacement. 11. Motion to accept the proposal of H&H Electric Inc. to construct and install a new roadway light system on Barry Street, Lyndon Avenue and Chestnut Street for the total amount of $437,727.10. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-3-11D, an Ordinance amending Article 6 (Regulation of Parking) of Chapter 21 (Vehicles and Traffic) of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont to prohibit overnight parking in Village parking lots. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-3-11E, an Ordinance authorizing a Real Estate purchase contract for a portion of the Higgins/Mannheim Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 7 – Barry Avenue) 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-3-11F, an Ordinance authorizing a Temporary Construction, Permanent Skybridge Walkway and Non-exclusive Access Easement Agreement for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 4 – Skybridge) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1.
