Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming an agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Public Safety Services, Inc. for the provision of Paramedic Services. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10A, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Advertising Agreement with Paddock Publications. 4. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm a proposal from Pinnacle Advertising for digital and print ad production and development in the amount of $65,740.00 for a 2017 ad campaign. 5. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm a Services Agreement for Commercial Production with Big Shoulders Digital Video Productions, Inc. in the amount of $235,000.00 for new branding video and radio ads for 2017. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10B, an Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance Providing Grants to the Owners of Owner-Occupied Residential Property Located within the Village of Rosemont.” 7. Motion to approve an Arena Agreement with Theatrical Stage Employees Union Local 2 for the Allstate Arena for a 5-year term commencing September 1, 2016. 8. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2016-8-10, a Resolution determining that the minutes of closed meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rosemont should be kept confidential. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10C, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract for the renewal and/or establishment of a $10,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (#36952) on which the interest is intended to be taxable. 10. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10D, an Ordinance authorizing an Architectural Design Services Agreement with AECOM Services of Illinois, Inc. for the Rosemont Ballpark Project for a fixed fee of $2,620,551.00. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10E, an Ordinance Amending the Public Safety Officers Pension Fund for the Village of Rosemont. 12. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10F, an Ordinance adopting the annual salaries of the elected officials of the Village of Rosemont. 13. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2016-8-10A, a Resolution approving an amendment to the Village’s Deferred Compensation Plan. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10G, an Ordinance submitting Public Questions to the voters of the Village of Rosemont for Advisory Referenda at the General Election to be held November 8, 2016. MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10H, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, approving the Second Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Second Amended Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10J, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, designating the Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6 Second Amended Redevelopment Project Area. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10K, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, adopting tax increment allocation financing for the Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6 Tax Increment Financing Second Amended Redevelopment Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-8-10L, an Ordinance approving an Amended and Restated Real Estate Purchase and Development Agreement for a portion of the Balmoral/Pearl Redevelopment Plan and Project Area.
