Approval of minutes of March 1, 2017 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. III. Adjourned Public hearing with respect to the application of Dave & Buster’s, Inc. (“Applicant”) for a variation from the numerical and size restrictions for all signs contained in Section 18A-25 of the Village of Rosemont Sign Ordinance, and for a variation from the size restrictions for roof signs contained in Section 18A-29 of the Village of Rosemont Sign Ordinance, to allow the following wall and roof signs to be installed on the north, east, south and west facades of Applicant’s building located at the southwest corner of Balmoral Avenue and I-294, Rosemont, Illinois: (A) four (4) approximately 225 square foot internally illuminated “Dave & Buster’s” round logo wall signs to be located on the east, south, west and north elevations of Applicant’s building; (B) one (1) approximately 403.7 square foot internally illuminated channel letter roof sign with the words “Eat Drink Play Watch” to be installed on the roof at the east elevation of Applicant’s building; (C) one (1) approximately 208.2 square foot internally illuminated channel letter wall sign with the words “Fun Starts Here” to be installed on the north elevation of Applicant’s building; and (D) one (1) approximately 101 square foot internally illuminated channel letter wall sign with the words “Eat Drink Play Watch” to be installed on the canopy on the west elevation of Applicant’s building, all in accordance with the plans and drawings submitted by the Applicant. 1. (the “Applicant”) for a special use to allow the establishment and operation of a Dave & Buster’s full service restaurant with liquor service and family oriented amusement facility with arcade- style amusement devices in a facility containing approximately 40,000 square feet of floor area in the Pearl Street Station 2nd Resubdivision at the southwest quadrant of Balmoral Avenue and I-294 in Rosemont, Illinois (the “Subject Property”), all in accordance with the drawings submitted by the Applicant. 1.
