Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-8-14, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract for the renewal and/or establishment of a $10,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (#36952) on which the interest is intended to be taxable. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-8-14A, an Ordinance Amending Sections 1 and 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 "An Ordinance Providing Grants to the Owners of Owner-Occupied Residential Property located within the Village of Rosemont" 4. Motion to approve and ratify the following proposals for Park Improvements to the Pearl Street Station in a total amount not to exceed $174,090.00: A. DiMeo Brother’s Inc. (Site grading and utilities) $42,925.00 B. Alright Concrete (Concrete and Stone) $12,130.00 C. Gurtz Electric (Lighting) $40,800.00 D. Muellermist Irrigation Company (Irrigation) $22,035.00 E. Motion to approve a proposal from Orange Crush L.L.C. for paving of the existing aggregate parking lot in the South Pearl Street Development in the amount of $61,342.00. 6. Motion to approve a proposal from Noland Sports Turf, LLC. for grading portions of the fields in the Parkway Bank Dome and Ballfield in the amount of $61,060.00. 7. Motion to approve a proposal from Windy City Lights for the purchase of LED Christmas lights in the amount of $52,225.00. 8. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2019-8-14, a Resolution approving a Promotion and Sponsorship Agreement with Alpha Baking. 9. Motion to approve a proposal from Cannon Solutions America, Inc. for the purchase of a Colorado 1650 UV Gel 64” roll printer with related software, training, delivery and installation in the amount of $73,180.00. 10. Motion to approve a proposal from Toryon Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of an HP Scitex FB750 Printer with related supplies, equipment, freight, installation and training in the amount of $108,450.00. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-8-14B, an Ordinance approving an agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Redspeed Illinois, LLC. 12. Motion to approve a proposal from Rosemont Landscaping for grass-cutting services for the Village’s residential housing complexes in the amount of $2,300 per month. 13. Motion to approve a proposal from Admiral Heating and Ventilation, Inc. for the replacement of 3 HVAC units (units 13, 14 and 19) at the Rosemont Theatre in the amount of $38,185.00. 14. Motion to approve a proposal from Utility Dynamics Electric Company for the construc- tion of a decorative street lighting system for the Glenlake Street Area in the amount of $513,030.50. 15. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-8-14C, an Ordinance amending the Village’s Liquor Code to: (1) add a new license classification; and (2) amend the regulations applicable to Class L license holders. 16. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-8-14D, an Ordinance amending and comprehensively restating the Village fee schedule for services, licenses and permits within the Village of Rosemont. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2019-8-14A, a Resolution approving an agreement with NORCOMM for 9-1-1 dispatch services. -3- STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. A Motion to enter and continue the 9 ordinances listed as items 1A through 1I on the agenda under Municipal Development Committee, which ordinances amend TIF 4, amend TIF 3 and create new TIF 9, to the Village of Rosemont’s next regular meeting which is currently scheduled for September 11, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. for further consideration and possible approval. 1A. An Ordinance approving a Sixth Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Village of Rosemont’s South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Project Area. 1B An Ordinance designating a Sixth Amended Redevelopment Project Area for Village of Rosemont’s South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Project Area. 1C An Ordinance adopting tax increment financing for the Sixth Amended Village of Rosemont South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Project Area. 1D An Ordinance approving an Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Village of Rosemont’s River Road TIF 3 Redevelopment Project Area. 1E An Ordinance designating an Amended Redevelopment Project Area for Village of Rosemont’s River Road TIF 3 Redevelopment Project Area. 1F An Ordinance adopting Tax Increment Financing for the Amended Village of Rosemont River Road TIF 3 Redevelopment Project Area. 1G An Ordinance approving a Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Balmoral/River Road TIF No. 9 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 1H An Ordinance designating the Balmoral/River Road TIF No. 9 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 1I An Ordinance adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Balmoral/River Road TIF No. 9 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 2. A Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-8-14G, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment Agreement, a Parking Use Agreement and an amended Temporary Construction, Permanent and Non-exclusive Access and Utility Easement Agreement for a portion of the Second amended Balmoral/Pearl Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District  No. 8 Redevelopment Plan and Project Area.
