VILLAGE OF ROSEMONT AGENDA REGULAR VILLAGE BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 9, 2020 2ND FLOOR 9501 DEVON AVENUE ROSEMONT, IL COVID-19 NOTICE: This meeting will be conducted in-person and will be open to the public. The meeting will be conducted in compliance with all social distancing requirements. Those in at- tendance will be required to wear protective masks. It is the intent of the Village to conduct the meeting pursuant to Governor Pritzker’s June 26, 2020 Executive Order 2020-43 which prohibits gatherings of more than 50 people except to the extent it becomes necessary to invoke the Govern- mental Functions exemption contained in Section 4(c) of Executive Order 2020-43 as determined necessary by the Village “to ensure the operation of government agencies.” If the Village determines that it will be appropriate to broadcast the meeting live, the ability to view the meeting will be available on-line by typing the following web address into an internet browser: https://www.rosemont.com/government/village-hall/. If the Village decides to broadcast the meeting, this will be done solely for the convenience of the public and is not intended to provide a mechanism by which the public will be able to directly comment or participate in the meeting.
