VILLAGE OF ROSEMONT AGENDA REGULAR VILLAGE BOARD MEETING NOVEMBER 9, 2020 2ND FLOOR 9501 DEVON AVENUE ROSEMONT, IL COVID-19 NOTICE: This meeting will be conducted in-person and will be open to the public. The meeting will be conducted in compliance with all social distancing requirements. Those in at- tendance will be required to wear protective masks. It is the intent of the Village to conduct the meeting pursuant to Governor Pritzker’s June 26, 2020 Executive Order 2020-43 which prohibits gatherings of more than 50 people except to the extent it becomes necessary to invoke the Govern- mental Functions exemption contained in Section 4(c) of Executive Order 2020-43 as determined necessary by the Village “to ensure the operation of government agencies.” If the Village determines that it will be appropriate to broadcast the meeting live, the ability to view the meeting will be available on-line by typing the following web address into an internet browser: https://www.rosemont.com/government/village-hall/. If the Village decides to broadcast the meeting, this will be done solely for the convenience of the public and is not intended to provide a mechanism by which the public will be able to directly comment or participate in the meeting. As the meeting is intended to be fully open to the public, those wishing to comment or otherwise interact with the Vil- lage Board will need to attend in-person and at all times remain in compliance with established pro- tective mask and social distancing requirements. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2020-11-9A, an Ordinance designating the Third Amended Higgins Road/River Road Tax Increment Redevelopment Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2020-11-9B, an Ordinance adopting Tax Increment Alloca- tion Financing for the Third Amended Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6 Tax Increment Redevelopment Project Area. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2020-11-9D, an Ordinance amending sections 1 and 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance Providing Grants to the Owners of Owner-Occupied residential property located within the Village of Rosemont. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2020-11-9E, an Ordinance approving a bidding and selection process for the provision of one or more investment agreements with respect to a portion of the proceeds of the General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2020A, and Taxable General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2020B, of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, and providing for additional findings and authority to accomplish the same.
