COVID-19 NOTICE: This meeting will be conducted in-person and will be open to the public.
The meeting will be conducted in compliance with all social distancing requirements. Those in at-
tendance will be required to wear protective masks. It is the intent of the Village to conduct the
meeting pursuant to Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order 2020-63 and the Governmental Functions
exemption contained in Section 4(c) of Executive Order 2020-43 (which was readopted in Order
2020-63) “to ensure the operation of government agencies.”
The meeting can be viewed on-line by typing the following web address into an internet browser:
https://www.rosemont.com/government/village-hall/. The Village’s broadcast of the meeting will be
done solely for the convenience of the public and is not intended to provide a mechanism by which
the public will be able to directly comment or participate in the meeting. As the meeting is intended
to be fully open to the public, those wishing to comment or otherwise interact with the Village Board
will need to attend in-person and at all times remain in compliance with established protective mask
and social distancing requirements.

2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-2-8, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of
certain surplus personal property (6 Police vehicles, 1 Fire vehicle, 1 Dump truck, 1 genera-
tor).
3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-2-8A, an Ordinance amending the penalty provisions of
the Village Code to include the cost of collections.
4. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-2-8, a Resolution authorizing an amendment of the
Intergovernmental Agreement relating to the O’Hare Noise Compatibility Commission.
5. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-2-8A, a Resolution approving a contract for window
washing services for Parkway Bank Park, Village Hall, Rosemont Health and Fitness Club,
and Impact Field with Pane Bros. – Chicago LLC.
6. Motion to approve a proposal from DR Rosemont LLC, for underground plumbing repairs
and related aboveground work for the concession areas and bathrooms of the Parkway Bank
Sports Complex Dome in an amount not to exceed $275,000.00.

Park’s membership to the Proviso-Leyden Joint 911 Authority.
2. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-2-8B, a Resolution approving a nonexclusive license
agreement for an alarm monitoring and receiving system with Johnson Controls Security So-
lutions LLC.
3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-2-8C, an Ordinance amending the organization of the
Board of Public Safety Commissioners.
4. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-2-8C, a Resolution approving a First Amendment to
the Contract between the Village and Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. for EMS and related
Ambulance Billing Services.
5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-2-8D, an Ordinance establishing an amended sick leave
policy for full-time public safety officers.
6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-2-8E, an Ordinance amending the Public Safety Offic-
ers’ Pension Fund Ordinance to address temporary disability benefits.
