The meeting will be conducted in compliance with all social distancing requirements. Those in at- tendance will be required to wear protective masks. It is the intent of the Village to conduct the meeting pursuant to Governmental Functions exemptions of Governor Pritzker’s Executive Orders “to ensure the operation of government agencies.” The meeting can be viewed on-line by typing the following web address into an internet browser: https://www.rosemont.com/government/village-hall/. The Village’s broadcast of the meeting will be done solely for the convenience of the public and is not intended to provide a mechanism by which the public will be able to directly comment or participate in the meeting. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-4-12, a Resolution expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of one or more obligations to be issued by the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois. 3. Motion to approve and ratify an agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Dynegy Energy Services LLC. to supply electricity to participating residential and small commercial retail customers pursuant to the Village’s opt-out Electric Aggregation Program for a period of 28 months. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-4-12, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property (2006 Crown Victoria; 1996 Cronkhite Trailer; Large Format Printer). 5. Motion to approve a First Amendment to the Naming Rights Agreement between Parkway Bank and Trust Company and the Village of Rosemont for the Dome and Softball Stadium. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-4-12D, an Ordinance amending Section 7-2-2, “Assault and Battery”, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont to prohibit fighting within the Village. 3.
