Motion to approve and ratify a proposal from Delta Heating Air Conditioning & Refrigera- tion, Inc. for HVAC work at the Rosemont Health Club in the amount of $64,890.00 and a proposal from JMS Electric, Inc. for electrical work at the Rosemont Health Club for the HVAC improvements in the amount of $23,248.00. 3. Motion to approve a contract for the soil remediation for the Ice Rink project. 4. Motion to approve a guaranteed maximum price construction contract with Nicholas & Asso- ciates, Inc. for the Ice Rink Project. 5. Motion to approve a preliminary guaranteed maximum price construction contract with Peak Construction for the construction of the Pearl District Expressions Building. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve a contract with Karl Auto Group for the purchase of two 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe, 4-wheel drive, 4 door commercial vehicles at the price of $51,771.20 each.
