Motion to approve and ratify the acceptance of the bid of JLJ Contracting, Inc. and a contract for the completion of the Entertainment District Garage Facade Access Anchorages project in the amount of $114,780.00. 3. Motion to approve a proposal from W.B.R. Roofing Company Inc. for a roof over of the existing roof system on the north flat roof section of the Allstate Arena and a walkway at the bottom of the barrel roofs for snow and ice protection in the amount of $241,650.00. 4. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-6-2, an Ordinance amending the Village’s fee schedule to increase ambulance mileage fees. Motion to approve a novation agreement to transfer all RWB Distribution LLC’s rights and obligations under its existing Mobile Charging Station Licensing Agreement with the Village to Fuze Technology, Inc. 7. Motion to approve a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with D-R Rosemont LLC for the construction of a new school pursuant to the Intergovernment al Agreement between the Village, School District 78, and the Rosemont Park District. 8. Motion to approve an Amendment to the Labor Agreement between Rosemont Carpenters, LLC and the Village to incorporate the union wage & benefit package increase effective June 1, 2025. 9. Motion to approve an Amendment to the Building Maintenance Addendum Agreement between the Chicago Journeyman Plumbers’ Local 130 U.A. and the Village to incorporate the union wage & benefit package increase effective June 1, 2025. 10. Motion to approve a contract with JCDeaux for the purchase of Village advertising at O’Hare Airport for 52 weeks at a cost of $143,325.00. 11. Motion to approve and ratify a contract with Lamar for billboard advertising on the I- 90 Tollway for a one-year period at a cost of $101,335.00. B. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-6-2A, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of surplus property (1991 international squad rescue truck). 2. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-6-2B, an Ordinance authorizing the sale of a surplus ambulance to Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. at its appraised market value pursuant to Section 3.8 of the contract between the Village and Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. 3. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-6-2C, an Ordinance, amending Section 7-2-21 of the Rosemont Village Code to regulate imitation weapons on Village Property.
