HEARING OF THE PUBLIC – Agenda Items Only (Limit 3 minutes) IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS X. NEW BUSINESS a. First time request to conduct a Block Party on Waverly, between Martin & Northview, on May 26, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. and on July 4, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. with the following stipulations: o Block party end time shall be no later than 11:00 p.m., and Roseville Code/Ordinance Chapter 203 Nuisances are strictly adhered to, specifically 203-3A o Fireworks Code/Ordinance 146-15 – 146-17 is strictly adhered to and enforced o Emergency vehicle access shall be maintained at all times o Fire hydrants shall be kept clear of all obstructions o Type 2 barricades shall be obtained from the Department of Public Services for road closure b. Public Hearing regarding FY 2023 - 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (C.A.P.E.R). c. Request adoption of Resolution Approving the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (C.A.P.E.R) for the City of Roseville 2023 – 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. d.
