COMMITTEE REPORTS There were no committee reports. K. OLD BUSINESS 1. Review of Section 370-40 C of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance for possible changes. Paul Urbiel, Planning Consultant reviewed section 370-40 C of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance and answered questions from Planning Commission members. Planning Commission Meeting January 23, 2023 3 COMMISSIONER ZVONKO BLAVEZSKI moved, COMMISSIONER SCOTT ARNOLD seconded to set public hearing for February 27, 2023 regarding Zoning Ordinance Amendment for Section 370-40 C of the City of Roseville Code of Ordinances. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY L. NEW BUSINESS There was no new business. M. PLANNING CONSULTANT, ADMINISTRATOR’S OR STAFF REPORT Paul Urbiel, Planning Consultant reported the following:  New Statewide Housing Bill Package (SB362, 364, 422 and 432).  Four Ways to Redesign a Suburban Street (case study).  Training Opportunities through The Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency. N. COMMISSION MEMBERS TO BE HEARD Commission members congratulated Ryan Monroe on his appointment to City Manager and wished everyone a Happy New Year. O. ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA. There were no items for the next agenda. P.
