MARCH 18, 2026 FINAL APPROVED MINUTES INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF ROSLYN BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES March 18, 2026 Present: Mayor John Durkin, Deputy Mayor Marshall Bernstein, Trustee Craig Westergard, Trustee Marta Genovese, Trustee Sarah Oral, Clerk Annemarie Stutzmann, Superintendent of Public Works Sam Daliposki, and Village Attorney John Gibbons. 1. Mayor John Durkin opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor John Durkin. He asked all those present to take a moment of silence for those in harm’s way. 2. Approval of Abstract – No. 666 and Two Payrolls A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Bernstein seconded by Mayor Durkin to approve Abstract #666 in the amount of $225,221.56, two payrolls in the amount of $105,409.65 and a Developers Deposit payment in the amount of $750. The Board was polled as follows: Mayor Durkin Aye Deputy Mayor Bernstein Aye Trustee Westergard Aye Trustee Genovese Aye Trustee Oral Aye The motion was carried. 3. Approval of Minutes – February 17, 2026 (Court Reporter) February 17, 2026 A motion was made by Mayor Durkin seconded by Deputy Mayor Bernstein to approve the February 17, 2026 Court Reporter minutes and the February 17, 2026 minutes, subject to corrections from Deputy Mayor Bernstein. Resolution #10-2026 – Adopt Local Law #2-2026 Local Law amending Chapter repealing Article VI. Entitled “Village-Owned Dumpsters in Commercial Collection District” of Chapter 392 of the Municipal Code of the Incorporated Village of Roslyn, entitled “Solid Waste.” Approved – See Court Stenographer Minutes END OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 5. Resolution #11-2026 - Approve Publication of Legal Notice for Village Tax Lien Sale to be held on April 23, 2026. A motion was made by Mayor Durkin seconded by Deputy Mayor Bernstein to approve Publication of Legal Notice for Village Tax Lien Sale to be held on April 23, 2026. The Board was polled as follows: Mayor Durkin Aye Deputy Mayor Bernstein Aye Trustee Westergard Aye Trustee Genovese Aye Trustee Oral Aye The motion was carried. 6. Resolution #12-2026 – Authorize the Village to enter into an agreement for twenty (20) CWT 4S+ parking meter units under a sixty (60) month lease term from DEVO Associates, LLC, and be it further RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all related lease contracts and any ancillary documents necessary to effectuate this approval.
