Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement for Roslyn Landing, Condo 2, Section 20, Block A, Lot 538,584 in the amount of $181,451 payable in 4 equal installments of $45,363 payable on Sept 30, 2026, Sept 30, 2027, Sept 30, 2028 and Sept 30, 2029 for the tax years 2020/2021 through 2025/2026. 9. Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement for 22 Roosevelt Avenue, Section 20, Block A, Lot 115 in the amount of $5,700 for the tax years 2018/2019 through 2025/2026 payable August 31, 2026. 10.
