Special Meeting of the Airport Advisory Commission

Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 9:00 AM
Notice of this meeting given to the public in compliance with Section 10-15-1 through 10-15-4
NMSA 1978 and Resolution 24-02.
ROLL CALL
2. The meeting convened at 9:04 A.M. With Chair Kunkel presiding; Vice Chair Espiritu,
Commissioner McDonald, and Commissioner Hitchcock being present, with Commissioner
Powell being absent.
Staff present: Jennifer Griego, Jenna Lanfor, and Lisa Bennett.
Guests present: Terri Harber, Stan Sisson, Larry Parker, Darrell Johnson, and Councilor Corn.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
3. Commissioner Hitchcock made a motion to approve the agenda as presented.
Commissioner McDonald was the second. A voice vote was 4-0. The motion passed, with
Commissioner Powell being absent.
FOR THE RECORD: Commissioner Powell joined the meeting at 9:14 A.M.
NON-ACTION ITEMS
4. To discuss potential hangar locations- After a brief discussion of potential hangar locations Chair
Kunkel stated this item would be brought back to Commissioners as an action item.

Adjourn
Commissioner Hitchcock made a motion to Adjourn. Commissioner Powell was the second. A
voice vote was 4-0. The motion passed. The meeting adjourned at 9:51 A.M.
