City of Roswell Ambulance Administrative Oversight Committee Minutes Fire Department Conference Room October 18, 2012 1:00 PM Members Present: Mike Mathews, Chad Hamill, Chris Archuleta, Brad Nance Members Absent: Sandra Stewart, Art Sandoval, Rhonda Rauch Others present: Devin Graham, Brian Powell 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mathews at 1:10 p.m. 2. Superior Report * Mr. Archuleta handed out the Summary Responses Operations Data Report, Discussed collection rates and responses. * Mr. Archuleta will bring to the January meeting a 3 year comparison of the summary responses operations data report. 3. Information Items * Currently Superior is providing: 3 - Dedicated 911 units Medic 1, Medic 3, Medic 5 1 - Back-up 911 & non- emergent unit. Medic 4 1 - Back-up 911 & (LDT) Long Distance Transfer unit. Medic 6 1 - On call LDT unit. Medic 2 * Mr. Archuleta advised the committee that in December he will be going before the State Medical Direction Committee to seek accreditation for a critical care unit to be placed in service in the Roswell operation. If approved paramedics would go into critical care paramedic training prior to working on this unit. Mr. Archuleta will keep committee informed.
