City of Roswell Ambulance Administrative Oversight Committee Minutes Fire Department Conference Room October 20, 2015 1:00 p.m. Members Present: Mike Mathews, Chris Archuleta, Devin Graham, Angelo Gurule, Dr. Tom Wulf Members Absent: Art Sandoval, Rhonda Rauch, Annette Ternes Others present: None 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mike Mathews at 1:00 p.m. and roll call was taken. 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes from January 14, 2015, April 21, 2015 and July 21, 2015 meetings were approved. 3. Superior Report *Mr. Archuleta handed out the Summary Responses Operations Data Report. Collection rates and responses were discussed. 4. Information Items * Discussed staffing issues, transfers, training, hiring and retention, and station locations. Meeting Adjourned at 1:46 p.m. Next meeting will be January 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Fire Station 1.
