Date Printed and Posted 7/12/2016  City of Roswell Ambulance Administrative Oversight Committee Minutes Fire Department Conference Room April 19, 2016 1:00 p.m. Members Present: Mike Mathews, Chris Archuleta, Devin Graham, Angelo Gurule, Rick Ross for Roswell regional Members Absent: Art Sandoval, Dr. Tom Wulf Others present: Councilor Caleb Grant, Eric Mann 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mike Mathews at 1:07 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes Devin Graham moved to approve the October 20, 2015 minutes and the January 26 ,2016 minutes. Angelo Gurule was the second. A voice vote was unanimous and the motion carried. 3. Superior Report *Mr. Archuleta handed out and explained the Summary Responses Operations Data Report. Collection rates and responses were discussed. Along with a request for service and total transports report from 2008 thru 2015. 4. Information Items * Discussed staffing issues, transfers, training, hiring and retention. * Update on office building and purchase of property on Deming. * Discussed transports from hospital to other facilities. * Current three 911 units, two transfer units and one on call unit. Meeting Adjourned at 1:36 p.m. Next meeting will be July 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Fire Station 1.
