Proposed Ordinance 14-06 – Authorization to advertise for a public hearing for Proposed Ordinance 14-06 authorizing the execution of a contract and a project participation agreement requesting from the New Mexico Economic Development Department $350,000.00 for economic assistance for Dean Baldwin Painting. 4. PUBLIC HEARING-Proposed Ordinance No. 14-04 authorizing the execution of an intergovernmental agreement and a project participation agreement accepting from the New Mexico Economic Development Department $100,000.00 for economic assistance for development of an UAS runway. 5. Ratification of Proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement. 6. CLOSED SESSION – Pursuant to NMSA 1978, 10-15-1 H(5) Collective Bargaining.
