Pennsylvania Ave. Roswell, New Mexico 88201 NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a potential quorum of the Mayor and the City Council members may be in attendance for a “Discussion on Crime, Homelessness and Mental Health” on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 2 pm at the Roswell Public Library located at301 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Roswell, New Mexico 88201. A majority of the City Council may be in attendance at this Discussion.
