Main Street Roswell, NM 88201 ROLL CALL The meeting convened at 3:05 p.m. with Chairman McCrea presiding and Commissioners Swickard, Montgomery, and Ybarra being present: Commissioners DaHarb and Duran being absent. GUESTS PRESENT Larry Connolly, Lisa Dunlap, Dr. Gervais, and Enrique Moreno. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA 1. The agenda for July 18, 2019 was approved. Chairman McCrea made a motion to approve the agenda; Commissioner Ybarra was the second. A voice vote was unanimous and the motion passed. ACTION ITEMS None NON-ACTION ITEMS 2. Guest speaker: Enrique Moreno, Roswell Community Disaster Relief Services. Mr. Moreno discussed the Disaster Relief services and how they are beneficial to the community. CHAIR ANNOUNCEMENTS / REPORTS 3. Chairman McCrea had no announcements or reports. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – limited to 3 minutes 4. There was no public participation. INFORMATION 5.
