Special Meeting of the Finance Committee Held in the Conference Room at City Hall Wednesday, April 17, 2019 Notice of this meeting was given to the public in compliance with Sections 10-15-1 through 10- 15-4 NMSA 1978 and Resolution 18-55. ROLL CALL The meeting convened at 8:00 a.m. with Chairman Grant presiding; Councilors Henderson and Stubbs being present, and Councilor Roebuck being absent. Staff present: Monica Garcia, Mike Matthews, Deanna Garcia, Danny Renshaw, Becky Hicks, Bill Morris, Steve Miko, Kevin Dillon, Phillip Sanchez, Devin Graham, Karen Sanders, Jim Burress, Laurie Dudek, Damien Cheatem, Michael Mayes, Jason Flores, Belinda Franco, Eric Brackeen, Lisa Rosales, Daniel Mendiola, Enid Costly, Sharon Coll, and Juan Fuentes. Guests present: Alison Penn and Larry Connolly. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Councilor Stubbs moved to approve the April 17, 2019, Finance Committee meeting agenda as presented. Councilor Henderson was the second. A voice vote was unanimous, and the motion passed 3-0, with Councilor Roebuck being absent. FOR THE RECORD: Councilor Roebuck arrived at 8:03. ACTION ITEMS FY2020 Revenue Discussion: Ms. Hicks presented the information for the FY2020 Revenue Projections. Staff was present to answer questions. No motion was made. FY2020 Operations Discussion (Recreation, Sanitation, Fleet Management, Municipal Court and Correction Fees): Ms. Dudek presented the information for the Recreation Operations Discussion. Mr. Miko persented the information for the Sanitation Operations Discussion. Mr. Renshaw presented the information for the Fleet Management Operations Discussion. Judge Brackeen presented the information for the Municipal Court and Correction Fees Operations Discussion. Staff was present to answer questions. No motion was made. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION None.
