Special Meeting of the Infrastructure Committee Held in the Bassett Auditorium at Roswell Museum and Art Center November 12, 2015 Notice of this meeting was given to the public in compliance with Sections 10-15-1 through 10- 15-4 NMSA 1978 and Resolution 15-56. ROLL CALL The meeting convened at 5:38 p.m. with Chair Best presiding, Councilors Oropesa and Grant being present with Councilor Velasquez being absent. Staff present: Louis Najar, Kevin Dillon, Bill Morris and Elizabeth Stark-Rankins APPROVAL OF AGENDA Councilor Grant moved to approve the November 12, 2015 Special Infrastructure Committee Meeting Agenda. Councilor Oropesa was the second. A voice vote was unanimous and the motion passed with Councilor Velasquez being absent. REGULAR ITEMS Project Award Recommendations – Splash Pad Mr. Dillon discussed the Poe Corn Park Splash Pad. Award project agreement to Vortex Aquatic Structures International, Pointe-Claire, QC with Waide Construction in the amount of $454,789.50. Councilor Grant moved to approve Project Award Recommendations – Splash Pad. Councilor Oropesa was the second. A voice vote was unanimous and the motion passed with Councilor Velasquez being absent.
