CALL TO ORDER Matthew Pacheco called the November 30, 2020 meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. B. ROLL CALL The following were present: Members: Matthew Pacheco, Megan Cederberg, Donna Daniel, Mike Clarke was present later. Staff present: Thalia Pantoja- Gruis, Merideth Hildreth No guests present. C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Member Cederberg motioned to approve the agenda; member Daniel seconded, a voice vote was unanimous. Motion passed. D. REGULAR / NEW ITEMS 1. Approval of the minutes from October 26, 2020 meeting. Member Daniel made the motion to approve. Member Cederberg seconded the motion, voice vote was unanimous. Minutes were approved. E. INFORMATION ITEMS 2. Donna Daniel introduced herself to the rest of the committee. She covered her experiences and her interest in Keep Roswell Beautiful. 3. Staff Liaison, Thalia Pantoja-Gruis went over upcoming dates. Information included the upcoming Gardening Workshop on Dec. 14. Let the committee know about the Keep Roswell Beautiful intern will start in the spring and the scope of work for the intern. Informed the committee of the location for the benches purchased with grant funds and that Keep Roswell Beautiful won the President’s Circle award from Keep America Beautiful. Request forms for cleanup supplies are still available; everyone is encouraged to put in a request. Let the committee know that a cleanup did take place earlier in the month by a small group of ENMU-R students. Will come back in December meeting with information on the changes on recycling. G.
