A. CALL TO ORDER
Mike Clarke called the February 22, 2021 meeting to order at 12:10 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
The following were present:
Members: Mike Clarke. Donna Daniel, Megan Cederberg.
Staff present: Thalia Pantoja- Gruis, Merideth Hildreth
Guests present: No Guests Present
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
D. REGULAR / NEW ITEMS
1. December 28, 2020 meeting minutes approved by voice vote.
2. January 25, 2021 meeting minutes approved by voice vote.
E. INFORMATION ITEMS
3. Staff liaison updated board on status of intern on-boarding and let board know a virtual
get together would be setup so that the committee can meet intern.
4. Board discussed board member recruitment strategy. Staff Liaison emailed board
application to board members so every can reach out to individuals in the community
directly.
5. Liaison report included an informational update from the state restricting use of grant
funds for volunteer events while not in the yellow or green COVID category. Being in the
red could affect Arbor Day and cleanups.
