Call To Order Board Member Cederberg called meeting to order at 12:07 p.m. B. Roll Call Members Present: Megan Cederberg and with Marie Manning and Melissa Urias participating via GoTo Meeting. Members Absent: Donna Daniel Staff Present: Kathy Lay Guests Present: Daniel Cederberg C. Approval of Agenda and Minutes 1. Member Urias motioned to approve the agenda for the July 31, 2023 KRB Board meeting. Member Manning was the second. Vote: 3-0 motion passed with Members Manning and Urias participating via GoToMeeting and Member Daniel being absent. 2. Member Urias motioned to approve the minutes for the June 26, 2023 KRB Board meeting. Member Manning was the second. Vote: 3-0 motion passed with Members Manning and Urias participating via GoToMeeting and Member Daniel being absent. D. Chair Comments, Reports, Announcements 3. Report on FY23 Community Appearance Litter Study - Ms Lay that 2 people have completed scoring. One more will person will score this. 4. Report on Clean and Beautiful To-Go Cart - Ms Lay reported the agreement has been approved and one group has sent a request to use this for August 22 cleanup at ENMUR 5. Report FY24 Grant application- Ms Lay reported still no news regarding the FY24 grant. 6. Announcement of Upcoming Fall Events- Ms Lay announced that KRB will host a craft table at the Science and Art Festival from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on October 14, and the KRB Fall Community Cleanup will be from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on October 21.
