Call To Order Board Member Cederberg called meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. B. Roll Call Members Present: Megan Cederberg and with Donna Daniel and Melissa Urias participating via GoToMeeting. Members Absent: Marie Manning Guests Present Susan Noyes Staff Present: Kathy Lay C. Approval of Agenda and Minutes 1. Member Daniel motioned to approve the agenda for the January 29, 2024 KRB Board meeting with the correction of the date to 2024 where needed. Member Cederberg was the second. Vote: 3-0 motion passed with Members Daniel and Urias participating via GoToMeeting and Member Manning being absent. 2. Member Daniel motioned to approve the minutes for the September 25, 2023 and November 27, 2024 (no quorum) KRB Board meeting. Member Urias was the second. Vote: 3-0 motion passed with Members Daniel and Urias participating via GoToMeeting and Member Manning being absent. D. Chair Comments, Reports, Announcements 3. Report on pilot program for recycling - Ms. Lay reported that the City landfill now offers recycling and shared details. For The Record: Member Marie Manning joined the meeting at 12:10 pm via GoToMeeting 4. Update on KRB grant projects – Ms. Lay reported the status of the grant funded projects. 5. Report on KRB at Tourism Day – Ms. Lay reported an estimated 500 guests and legislators visited KRB table during Tourism Day in Santa Fe January 22, 2024. 6. Report on KRB Board terms and progress of changing term lengths/limits - Ms. Lay shared status of efforts to change term lengths/limits. 7. Report on upcoming KAB National Conference in San Diego - Ms. Lay shared details of the dates and topic of the 2024 KAB National Conference. E. Public Comments – Ms. Lay mentioned Arbor Day event date/location and also shared about the possible methods and cost of distributing KRB info cards. F. Adjourn Meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
