The Southeast New Mexico region is already doing much the Playbook suggests; the Playbook is a framework to support increasing local housing 4 supplies including affordable and attainable housing. New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority spoke at the summit about its many programs already offered that the Playbook recommends. New Mexico’s programs are assisting increases of all types of housing into the market.
